***WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
-Please send us your logo in SVG Format for engraving or cut out - Otherwise we need it as a PNG for sublimation- To our messages.
-We need the links to all of your socials in the order you want them to appear. You can do this in the personalization section or send it to us in a message.
-Approve the mock up within 24 hours of receiving it.

QR Codes that cannot be generated on our end need to be sent through messages as a high quality, black and white image.

***What we do with the logo will greatly depend on how your logo looks. Not all logos are suitable to be cut out of acrylic. Most times, engraving or sublimation is our only option. We will get with you in messages to decide with you.

This sign measures 6.3"x9”
****The sizes of the signs are only measured by the square part of the sign without the base. With the base, they will be slightly taller and wider.

These signs are laser cut and put together by hand.

The available symbol and base colors are Mirror Purple, Mirror Blue, Mirror Dark Red, Mirror Green, Mirror Pink, Mirror Gold, Mirror Teal, Mirror Rose Gold, Baby Pink, Pastel Lilac, Pastel Honeydew, Black, White, Pistachio Green, Frosted White.

Our current turnaround times for these signs are 2-3 days from the time of mock up approval.
A mock up will be sent within 24 hours of the order being placed. You will have 24 hours after the mock up is sent to respond and approve or make changes. If no response is given within that 24 hour period, the sign will be made as shown in the mock up and sent out to keep production times low.

**Please note - These items are handmade. Slight imperfections may occur, but we do our best to ensure that they are perfect. Being that the acrylic base is cut to fit the sign, the sign may wiggle in the acrylic base slightly but it will stand up on it's own perfectly fine! We try to get it cut perfectly so that the base does not crack when you insert it, but also has enough room to easily pick up and transport if needed.

Due to the nature of the order, no refunds or returns will be accepted once the order is placed.
