Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all orders over $65. For orders under $100, a small shipping fee applies, which will be shown at checkout. Expedited shipping options are available if you need your product faster. If you need help selecting the right shipping method, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.
Yes! We create fully custom signs tailored to your logo, size requirements, and installation needs. Please contact us with your logo file and the approximate size you're looking for so we can provide a quote.
This is product dependent. Our QR Code signs, logo signs, and some displays we do. If you want a mock up, please let us know and we'll be happy to send one over! Please note that if you request a mock up or the design requires one, your sign will not enter production until the mock up has been approved.
For the best results, logos should be provided in SVG, AI, or EPS format. In some cases, a high-resolution PNG may work depending on the design. Please make sure the PNG is a high quality image and has a transparent background.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, in certain situations we may review concerns on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best possible outcome for our customers.
In some instances, we may be able to rush your order. Extra fees may apply on top of expedited shipping.
If the design requires a mock up, you will have a chance to make revisions. Please review all choices before submission. Once production begins, changes may no longer be possible.
We do offer small discounts when ordering multiple displays and signs. Please contact us with any questions.
