Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 5-8 days to process your order. Expect an email within 10 days to let you know your order is on the way! When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING Orders are generally shipped within 5-8 days using UPS or USPS. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We accept returns up to 7 days (as long as your item is not customized) after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at adifferentroute.co@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
