How it works:
-When customizing your product, blanks are provided for you to copy and paste the URL's for your desired social media sites as well as usernames for payment apps. We will generate all codes on our end. The only code that we are unable to generate is Zelle. Upon selecting Zelle from the drop down menu, an option will pop up that will allow you to upload your QR Code. Please make sure that it is a high quality black and white image.
-For your logo, we need a high quality PNG if you want it to be in full color. If you want your logo to be cut out in acrylic or engraved, an SVG MUST be provided. Additional fees may apply if we have to fix up the SVG.
-We will reach out to you within 24 hours to verify the details of your sign and provide a mock up.

The colors on the pictured sign are: Background = White, QR Code Border = Mirror Teal.
This sign is 5"x7".
***The sizes of the signs are measured without the base. With the bases they may be slightly wider and longer.

Important notes:
Our current turnaround times for our signs are 4-7 days after mock up is approved. Please keep in mind that shipping and production times have their own timelines and we have no control over the package once it leaves our shop.
**Please note - These items are handmade. Slight imperfections may occur, but we do our best to ensure that they are perfect. We try and cut the acrylic so it fits snug into the base. Please be careful when removing the sign from the base.
These signs are laser cut and put together by hand. We have a 51" laser, so we are able to cut much larger projects and are not limited to signs!
