Acrylic Magnetic Name Tag

These acrylic name tags are all cut by laser and put together by hand. 
The 3-D lettering is cut and hand placed, whereas the logo and smaller lettering are printed directly to the tag. 

*Important -
These tags have a magnetic backing. Please do not use them with a pace maker. 

Tags measure 3" wide. You can add your logo to the left, which can be printed in full color. We will need your logo in svg format. Ai and Eps is acceptable as well. 
If you do not want a magnet on the back, please contact us and we can work with you to get another attachment.
